How to repair BMW FRM in a fast & cheap way

When your BMW's headlight, steering light or window lifter out of control, it may caused by the broken of headlight, steering light, lifter itself, but in most case, these malfunctions should be caused by a faulty FRM.
To locate the problem is always the most important as well as the first step you need to do.


Then customer can use our KR60022 testing fixture together with programmer VVDI, XP or CG100 to check whether the problem  happens at FRM or not in a fast way.

How to do,
1,
Connect KR60022 with programmer VVDI, XP or CG100 to check the MCU (MC9S12XEQ384). If the MCU is empty or losing date, congratulation, you get it.
If the MCU is good, then you have to check headlight, steering light or others one by one.

2,
To replace a new FRM is quite expensive.  But according to our experience, the only part you need to exchange is the MCU on it. So to buy a new MCU(MC9S12XEQ384), use the X431pro、Autel 908、Golo to program it with full data, soldering the new MCU back and test it again.


Please note that the KR60022 is just a connection tool, and it can not program itself.

How to fix BMW NBT Error Code NO SIGNAL

For BMW NBT, its normal having error code NO SIGNAL. Normally at such condition, we have to remove the 8G sanasonic chip from small PCB, then use SW to enhance it. Due to the tiny BGA pad of the chip(0.33MM), it will be time cost and skill required job to remove/ re-soldering the chip, even rebuidler have the risk break the whole PCB board. That's the reason we develop this device to prevent those problems. With NBT repair fixture KR60022B , user just needs to remove 4 pieces of SMD resistors( for some small chip NBT board, have to remove one more) Then connect the KR60022B fixture on the board. The next step is connect to PC, open the SW to transfer/copy data. Mercedes Benz 722.9 Transmission Plate Repair

We met a lot of transmission plate problems when repair Mercedes Benz. Most time, the broken part is only the speed sensor in the plate. To exchange a new transmission plate is quite expensive, but to replace theses speed sensors, is not only cheap but also a fast solving method. How to replace the speed sensor? Step 1, Confirm the broken unit is the speed sensor. The diagnostic result will show: the turbo speed sensor no signals or fault... Step 2, Remove the broken speed sensor from the plate.
